RECIPE - Jalapeño Caesar Cocktail

At Limited we take great pride in how we prepare Canada's favourite cocktail - the Caesar. We crafted our Jalapeño Moonshine to ensure it is the perfect spirit to mix with a Caesar!

INGREDIENTS 

• 1.5 oz. of Limited Jalapeño Moonshine
• 8 oz of Caesar Mix (We recommend Singers or Walter's)
• 1 Dash of Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
• 1 Dash of hot sauce
• Ice Cubes
• Lime Wedge and Celery Stick
• Rim: 1 Tsp of Casa Bonita Tajin spice & 1 tsp of celery salt (or as needed)

COCKTAIL PREPARATION:

1. Prepare the rim by combining the Tajin spice & celery salt on a plate. Wet the rim of the glass with the lime (set aside for later). Press the glass into the celery salt to coat.
2. Fill glass with ice
3. Pour Jalapeño Moonshine, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce over the ice.
4. Top with your Caesar Mix of choice and stir!
5. Garnish with a lime wedge and celery stick.
