Limited Moonshine (Rye)
Limited Rye Moonshine is open fermented using traditional wood wash backs creating a complex journey from nose to pallet. Raisin butter tart, lemon zest, peppery, floral notes followed by green apple on the nose. Smooth, creamy, caramelized brown sugar, spicy malted rye on the pallet. Hints of smoky sweetness linger on the finish. Perfect as a sipper or a slammer!
